Andrew Shearlaw as managing director of Sixten Contracting Services Ltd set out on his long career in building and construction the way it should be done. Andrew undertook a four-year apprenticeship in carpentry and joinery after leaving school and never looked back. The skills he learned in honing bare wood into practical materials upon which every housebuilder depends soon expanded into a full and intuitive understanding of every aspect of the building process.

Andrew has worked for over thirty years in the sector and as well as applying his own specialist skills he has also drawn in around him the very best specialists able to deliver the services and expertise that have provided Sixten with the reputation for quality that we deserve.

Sixten are as enthusiastic applying the group's skills to a private home as we are with delivering for many of the largest names in construction the specialist services they require.
