Sixten have been providing the very best in building and construction for over thirty years. All trades are represented by skilled and experienced craftsmen and women. Our management of the team on site is personal and hands-on.

Full-builds

We are experienced in major projects providing absolutely everything you will need to build your property from the ground-up. From inception through to securing planning permission and interpreting architects plans for ground-clearance, laying of foundations and on to the construction floor by floor and raising of the roof - we are there managing every step of the build. Interpretation of your architect's plans involves the close management of the full team of specialists including groundworkers, bricklayers, carpenters, roofers, plumbers, electricians, plasterers and decorators. We also oversee procurement and delivery of materials.

Extensions, loft conversions and basements

No less complicated are the smaller projects, whether this is to provide extra space for an existing property, converting a loft, or excavating for a basement. All require special skills and a practical interpretation of the need for the work to be sympathetic to the look and design of the existing building and the needs of the owner. All of which we have proven experience.
